Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience
- Knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and lease accounting
- Experience with healthcare claims billing
- Proven history of automating manual processes and creating efficiencies
- Comfortable working with multiple business partners
- Advanced MS Excel skills

Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Management on the process and potential automation of reconciling claims and payment data across internal systems
- Oversee and execute accurate revenue recognition in alignment with GAAP and Brightline’s healthcare reimbursement models
- Partner with FP&A to develop reports, explain trends, and provide data insights to ensure accurate and timely forecasts
- Lead traditional accounting functions for the month-end close and ensuring accuracy
- Improve cash and balance sheet reconciliation processes, documentation, and timeliness
- Create scalable, cross-functional processes across the business to support growth and audit readiness
- Analyze, maintain, and strengthen the internal controls framework across the company
