Responsibilities

  • Collect employee paper reimbursement vouchers
  • Review employee paper reimbursement vouchers to ensure original invoices are complete
  • Bind employee paper reimbursement bills
  • Assist Finance Department T&E team with daily tasks (e.g., scanning/copying documents, organizing invoices)
  • Respond to employee inquiries about paper reimbursement vouchers
  • Locate employee paper reimbursement bills
  • Assist team in completing relevant report drafts
