  • Gain and apply accounting skills, financial acumen, and commercial knowledge across areas like accounting, commercial finance, centres of excellence (e.g., Tax, Treasury, Pensions, Audit, Investor Relations), and project teams
  • Participate in optimisation of finance systems, processes, and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand the market and drive customer-focused outcomes
  • Progress to a managerial position by programme end, with ongoing development support
