Requirements
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Preferred: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Proven track record in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and global deal execution
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multi-million-dollar Marketing portfolios
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a matrixed global environment
- Experience with Marketing Consulting, sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks for commercializing VAS Marketing assets globally
- Create standardized playbooks and margin targets for client deals
- Oversee asset inventory tracking and utilization across regions
- Drive VAS Marketing revenue targets aligned with FY26+ growth strategy
- Support the negotiations and contracting for VAS Marketing client deals, ensuring compliance and commercial due diligence
- Surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities in client engagements
- Collaborate with Global Marketing function and Regional Marketing Services Partners
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the financials related to VAS marketing assets activations
- Assess net-new VAS Marketing opportunities and commercial potential with highest ROI
- Build best-in-class Financial and commercial evaluation frameworks and case study libraries for global reapplication
- Implement standardized OKRs and reporting mechanisms for VAS Marketing assets performance
- Ensure timely risk escalation on scope, revenue, and expense
