Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Proven track record in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and global deal execution
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multi-million-dollar Marketing portfolios
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a matrixed global environment
  • Experience with Marketing Consulting, sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop frameworks for commercializing VAS Marketing assets globally
  • Create standardized playbooks and margin targets for client deals
  • Oversee asset inventory tracking and utilization across regions
  • Drive VAS Marketing revenue targets aligned with FY26+ growth strategy
  • Support the negotiations and contracting for VAS Marketing client deals, ensuring compliance and commercial due diligence
  • Surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities in client engagements
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing function and Regional Marketing Services Partners
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of the financials related to VAS marketing assets activations
  • Assess net-new VAS Marketing opportunities and commercial potential with highest ROI
  • Build best-in-class Financial and commercial evaluation frameworks and case study libraries for global reapplication
  • Implement standardized OKRs and reporting mechanisms for VAS Marketing assets performance
  • Ensure timely risk escalation on scope, revenue, and expense
