Requirements

Candidates should possess an MBA in Finance, PG Finance, or be a semi-qualified CA with at least 12 years of experience in finance and accounts operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and reconciliation skills are essential, along with a self-motivated, organized, and flexible attitude. Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

The Finance Controller will oversee all finance and accounts operations, including budgeting, month-end and year-end closing, and reporting according to Indian AS. Responsibilities include managing inventory, cash flow, capex, and opex, implementing cost control measures, and preparing various MIS reports. The role involves risk assessment, planning fund requirements, and liaising with statutory and internal auditors.
