Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, and a relevant professional certification such as CPA or CIA is preferred. They should have 4-7 years of experience in internal controls, consulting, advisory, and professional services, with prior Big-4 experience being required. Strong data analytics experience, advanced computer skills, including detailed knowledge of MS Office, and experience with data analytics and visualization software are also necessary. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate high integrity, sound independent judgment, and the ability to multitask effectively in a team environment and independently, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

The Finance Audit & Compliance Senior Analyst II will monitor and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. They will conduct audits, investigate recruitment fraud schemes, and advise management on risk mitigation strategies. The role also involves collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, as well as providing training and presenting complex information to stakeholders. Finally, the position requires travel, including international travel, and staying informed about changes in employment legislation.
