Requirements

  • 3 years of tax or accounting experience, preferably within the financial services or securities industry
  • Degree in finance or accountancy, tax qualification, or a related professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in Netsuite is advantageous, as well as experience in any automation tools
  • Must work collaboratively, with a growth mindset and passion for constant improvement and transformation
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Multi-tasker, with a focus on effective prioritization and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work full time in Singapore (no sponsorship offered)

Responsibilities

  • Lead accounts receivables billings and collections processes with other brokers and clients
  • Day-to-day and month end accounting processes
  • Account reconciliations
  • Support account payables and expense processes for the region
  • Support regulatory and other statutory reporting and surveys, including filings with the MAS
  • Support tax returns and schedules including GST and Corporate tax
  • Support interim and annual audits
  • Participate in projects, change initiatives and other adhoc activities
