A two-year Technical College Degree or equivalent is preferred. Successful completion of required training through the LEAD–Field Specialist Development Program, including in-depth training on HS&E, compliance, the oilfield industry, and basic product line knowledge, is necessary.
The Field Specialist will apply knowledge of chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts in their role. They are expected to work and communicate effectively with others.
