Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in troubleshooting across Wellhead Equipment & BOP’s
Wellhead field experience
Experience in providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers
Successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
Good team player with ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation of Wellhead equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, calibration after installation, and respond to emergency requests
Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer sites
Respond to supervisor calls and comply with required assignments at any time
Follow-up and run procedures for any Installation Wellhead Equipment
Report to office daily on non-field days
Perform repair, maintenance, and rectifications of Wellhead Equipment in workshops when required
Fulfill Service Ticket equipment requirements, including writing technical reports, filling service technical forms with all required information, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment, or Management of Change (MOC)
Download all latest bill of material and drawings of wellhead system for the assigned field job
Train new joined Field Specialists in the field when required
Submit all expenses and bonuses in a timely manner
Respond to customer requirements after aligning with the company
Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites
Write technical reports, order materials, secure quotations, prepare reports to customers, and complete time and expense sheets on a timely and thorough basis
Maintain knowledge of applicable product line warranties
Coordinate and oversee work at the field site, providing quality service to the customer, including wellhead installation, job design, repair, maintenance, and follow-up activities
Provide planning necessary for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used
