Requirements

  • Engineering education background with relevant equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years of experience in execution of cementing jobs, pumping, and pressure testing
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Current or past experience working in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge on how to maintain and operate safely and flawlessly two brands of cement units (Baker’s and/or competitors’ ones)
  • Ability to work in a shift-based pattern (14/14)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting onsite cementing jobs/tools services
  • Communicating with customers to ensure the project is running as expected, including engineering design, cementing program, and JSA
  • Performing onsite equipment maintenance and tools/daily checks, and completing pre-job planning, program review, material/equipment/personnel preparation with SDC
  • Reporting onsite activities, including but not limited to inventory/PM
  • Keeping good communication with support engineer for further improvable actions for operations/standards/equipment/program on a daily basis
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values
