Requirements

Engineering education background with relevant equivalent experience
More than 5 years of experience in execution of cementing jobs, pumping, and pressure testing
Team player with excellent communication skills
Current or past experience working in the Oil & Gas industry
Knowledge on how to maintain and operate safely and flawlessly two brands of cement units (Baker’s and/or competitors’ ones)
Ability to work in a shift-based pattern (14/14)

Responsibilities

Conducting onsite cementing jobs/tools services
Communicating with customers to ensure the project is running as expected, including engineering design, cementing program, and JSA
Performing onsite equipment maintenance and tools/daily checks, and completing pre-job planning, program review, material/equipment/personnel preparation with SDC
Reporting onsite activities, including but not limited to inventory/PM
Keeping good communication with support engineer for further improvable actions for operations/standards/equipment/program on a daily basis
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values
