Adherence to safety protocols, client-specific guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Responsibilities

Respond to IT service tickets using documented procedures and under supervision (FST I); independently manage and prioritize tickets aligned to SLA targets (FST II)
Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting and resolving common hardware and software issues
Assist with or independently perform workstation setups, peripheral connections, device imaging, deployments, recovery, and e-waste processes
Perform basic AV checks, room readiness tasks, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for conference rooms
Maintain accurate ticket documentation, escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Maintain and reconcile inventory, asset lifecycle tracking, tagging, labeling, audits, and logistics for shipping/receiving hardware
Follow proper inventory handling, tool usage, and process compliance (FST I); oversee inventory reconciliation and suggest process improvements (FST II)
Serve as primary escalation point and lead at single-person sites, provide informal mentorship to junior technicians (FST II)
Uphold quality and service standards through professional communication and client interaction
