Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships with key customer personnel
Introduce new programmes, service concepts, and innovation to customers
Execute surveys, prepare offers, present concepts and innovation to win business and meet annual plan
Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan
Advise and consult on hygiene chemical selection, technical, and application
Support customers with routine and specialist hygiene concerns
Deliver value to meet customers' contract requirements
Deliver innovative solutions
Develop customer understanding through use and application of safety instructions, provide regular trainings, and use dedicated safety tools
Promote and advocate Ecolab’s H&S culture
Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
