Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in service network planning, operations strategy, or related leadership roles (preferably in electronics or consumer services)
  • Proven ability to lead analytical teams and interpret complex data outputs for strategic decision-making
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term network strategies
  • Oversee analysis of U.S. field service data (repair demand, warranty, customer satisfaction, web intelligence) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Establish methodologies and performance metrics for service network capacity, coverage, and efficiency
  • Develop strategic network plans to optimize LG’s service center allocation and resource utilization nationwide
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams (Service Operations, Customer Care, Logistics, Finance, and Strategy) to align network plans with corporate priorities
  • Drive initiatives for network optimization, expansion, or restructuring based on demand forecasting and business modeling
  • Monitor and evaluate service partner performance to ensure service quality and regional balance
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing network performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Stay informed on market dynamics and competitor benchmarks to maintain LG’s competitive advantage in service delivery
