Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer II will be responsible for providing comprehensive field service support, including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualification for Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry equipment. This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The engineer will also provide technical support and training to customers, assist the commercial team with technical information and demonstrations, share product service knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to a knowledge base for improved work efficiency. Accurate documentation of all field service activities, including installation and service reports, is also a key responsibility.
