Requirements

  • Background in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • PC proficiency and ability to work with specialised software
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Availability to travel within territory (Monday-Friday with occasional overnight stays)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Able to work in Laboratory Setting with Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Provide technical support for the instrumentation in your field of expertise (FTIR, NIR, UV-Vis, HPLC, IC, Sample Preparation, and Discreet Industrial Analysers)
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently while following safety protocols and guidelines
  • Coordinate with team members to optimise work schedules
  • Manage company assets including parts inventory and equipment
  • Submit accurate and timely service and expense reports
