Requirements

Background in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
PC proficiency and ability to work with specialised software
Valid UK Driving License
Availability to travel within territory (Monday-Friday with occasional overnight stays)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Able to work in Laboratory Setting with Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance
Provide technical support for the instrumentation in your field of expertise (FTIR, NIR, UV-Vis, HPLC, IC, Sample Preparation, and Discreet Industrial Analysers)
Resolve technical issues efficiently while following safety protocols and guidelines
Coordinate with team members to optimise work schedules
Manage company assets including parts inventory and equipment
Submit accurate and timely service and expense reports
