  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (Level III: 4 years; Level IV: 8 years) in clinical field service, technical internship, or clinical customer support
  • Relevant experience as technician, clinical field service, or clinical customer support
  • Reside in one of the following locations: Los Angeles, CA; Providence, RI; Pittsburgh, PA; Seattle, WA; Baltimore, MD; Rochester, MN; Minneapolis, MN; or St. Louis, MO
  • Hands-on experience with medical equipment to quickly find solutions to complex situations

Responsibilities

  • Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies equipment
  • Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations
  • Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
  • Installs, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
  • Maintains effective customer communications and relations
  • Provides onsite training to customer support personnel and healthcare professionals
  • Evaluates customer biomedical equipment issues
  • Gathers feedback on product performance
  • Communicates with various internal and external teams, such as Biomedical Technicians
