Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, the FMR is responsible for driving Sweed’s door-count and ARR goals. This role focuses on territory coverage, initially in Northern California, by visiting dispensaries, activating regional events, and converting interest into qualified demos for Account Executives. Success is measured by scheduled demos, qualified opportunities, and contributions to closed deals, with rewards through a commission plan.
