Requirements

Candidates must reside in the Central Florida territory, encompassing Jacksonville down to Orlando and including Gainesville, Ocala, and Daytona Beach. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in healthcare sales or medical affairs is desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to distill complex clinical information into easily understandable messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

As a Field Activation Specialist, you will represent Gilead’s products and services to healthcare providers, raise HIV prevention awareness, activate HCPs and large accounts, and reduce barriers to HIV prevention within the territory. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver disease awareness information, clinical updates, and education on healthcare changes, and develop and execute a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve activation goals. Additionally, you will maintain a deep understanding of Gilead’s products and the disease state, and actively promote their appropriate use.
