Responsibilities

Ensure on-time supplier shipments and develop contingency plans for critical supply risks
Conduct root cause analysis of supplier commercial issues and follow up on permanent corrective actions (PCA)
Lead supplier resiliency initiatives, including optimization of supply chain response time, lead time, and minimum order quantity (MOQ)
Perform data analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities
Organize and lead cost-down workshops with cross-functional teams
Drive and support localization, dual sourcing, and VAVE projects
Manage supplier tooling and implement packaging optimization projects
Handle supplier payment disputes to ensure smooth processes
Foster collaboration and maintain strong supplier relationships
Manage purchasing data and monitor supplier commercial performance
Oversee purchase order (PO) and supplier contact management
Prepare KPI reports and implement improvement actions
