Responsibilities

  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch work assignments to maintenance staff while monitoring progress to ensure timely resolution
  • Answer and triage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications regarding maintenance issues from staff across hospital and clinic sites
  • Provide clear instructions to staff on reporting processes and escalation procedures
  • Document requests accurately and completely in the software system
  • Evaluate reported issues to determine priority and appropriate response level
  • Assign maintenance work orders to appropriate technicians or service teams; monitor status and follow up for timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Learn and operate multiple systems critical to hospital operations (e.g., CMMS, building control systems, pneumatic tube systems); observe dashboards and alerts, reporting anomalies or failures
  • Assist in generating reports for performance metrics, system utilization, and compliance
