High School or GED Equivalent (preferred education)

Ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds

Ability to work specified hours: Primarily days with rotating weekends and holidays; 8:00am-4:30pm until April 2026, then Thursday-Saturday 6:00am-6:00pm with every other Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm (80 hours/2 weeks)

Responsibilities

Receive, prioritize, and dispatch work assignments to maintenance staff while monitoring progress to ensure timely resolution
Answer and triage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications regarding maintenance issues from staff across hospital and clinic sites
Provide clear instructions to staff on reporting processes and escalation procedures
Document requests accurately and completely in the software system
Evaluate reported issues to determine priority and appropriate response level
Assign maintenance work orders to appropriate technicians or service teams; monitor status and follow up for timely completion and customer satisfaction
Learn and operate multiple systems critical to hospital operations (e.g., CMMS, building control systems, pneumatic tube systems); observe dashboards and alerts, reporting anomalies or failures
Assist in generating reports for performance metrics, system utilization, and compliance
