Responsibilities

Planung der erforderlichen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Anlagen und Gebäuden (vorbeugende Instandhaltung/Wartungen, Störungsbeseitigung, Verbesserungen etc.)
Erstellung und Terminierung von Arbeitsplänen und Checklisten in SAP unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben
Planung und Bearbeitung der Ersatzteilbevorratung (Spezifikation, Beschaffung, Dokumentation)
Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der intern und durch Partnerfirmen ausgeführten Tätigkeiten
Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und CAPAs (Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen) in einem dafür vorgesehenen System
Budgetkontrolle und Überprüfung der korrekten Ausführung von Aufträgen durch Partnerfirmen
Pflege von Materialdaten in SAP (Materialstamm, Wartungspläne, Stücklisten etc.)
Erstellung und Durchführung von FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Betreuung und Kontrolle der Instandhaltungsdokumentation (Wartungsprotokolle, Bedienungsanleitungen, Materialzertifikate, Umsetzmeldungen etc.)
Bearbeitung von Fehleranalysen bei Störungen und Verbesserungen (KVP)
