Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior spaces; daily upkeep tasks (e.g., take out trash, restock supplies, etc.)
Supervise external cleaning company and ensure quality standards are met
Perform regular inspections and report maintenance issues with recommended solutions
Keep management updated on scheduled and pending work
Manage various vendor and contractor relationships (gardeners, pest control, safety inspections, etc.)
Ensure smooth daily operations across all Hillel spaces
Set up and breakdown of rooms for events, which occasionally include evening and weekend times
Manage reservation calendar and rental groups
