The pay is $21.00 per hour.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in facilities, property management or building operations is required, along with strong written and verbal skills, proven customer service skills, and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook.
The role requires maintaining a positive personality, sense of urgency, independent thinking, self-starting, and high-spirited 'can-do' disposition, while working well in a team atmosphere in a high-paced environment.
Strong candidates will have at least 1 year of facilities experience, excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, self-starting attitude with a professional demeanor.
