Requirements

  • High school diploma complemented by project management experience, trades training and/or relevant technical certification
  • Customer focused with strong organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Demonstrates a strong mindset and a proactive approach toward environmental, health, and safety standards and practices
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry items weighing 15-25 lbs occasionally and perform routine maintenance tasks using hand tools

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate and oversee contractor and vendor activities related to facility maintenance and repair, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support and coordinate site initiatives related to environmental health & safety (EHS), site security, sustainability programs, and employee engagement activities such as social events
  • Manage and maintain site security systems and protocols to protect personnel, facilities, and assets, ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a secure work environment
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing facility processes and systems for greater efficiency, reliability, and compliance
  • Perform and execute routine maintenance activities and inspections as needed
