Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in sales promotion planning, including budget management, and experience creating and directing sales promotion tools such as posters, POPs, and videos. They are required to have experience in creative direction for graphics and video, as well as experience evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and creating presentation materials using PowerPoint. Furthermore, experience coordinating with designers is necessary, and desired experience includes knowledge of printing processes, experience directing the creation of web content, experience planning and operating events, and basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sales Promotion will plan and produce sales promotions focused on PayPay usage and new user acquisition through in-store channels, develop creative materials aligned with overall brand messaging, create user-focused sales promotions, create sales promotions for sales representatives, conduct effectiveness evaluations and implement improvements, and coordinate with designers to execute creative concepts.
