Responsibilities

  • Data entry in Food Trak, Salsify, and Medius platforms
  • Product sourcing for all food and beverage products for all venues
  • Coordinate month end inventories with the F&B team
  • Develop good working relationships with all purveyors and suppliers
  • Manage all aspects of the Food Trak system
  • Serve as a liaison between all departments ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist the Chef with establishing all specifications on food items
  • Monitor and address pricing variations on a weekly basis to control COGs, prioritize urgent matters and ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Maintain and update files, documents, and systems as needed
  • Anticipate needs and take the initiative to support the F&B team
  • Posting invoices
  • Managing transfers, requisitions and waste sheets
  • Coordination of inventories
  • Managing nonfood purchases
  • Provide support for the F&B team with the POS system
