Responsibilities

Data entry in Food Trak, Salsify, and Medius platforms
Product sourcing for all food and beverage products for all venues
Coordinate month end inventories with the F&B team
Develop good working relationships with all purveyors and suppliers
Manage all aspects of the Food Trak system
Serve as a liaison between all departments ensuring timely and professional communication
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Assist the Chef with establishing all specifications on food items
Monitor and address pricing variations on a weekly basis to control COGs, prioritize urgent matters and ensure appropriate follow-up
Maintain and update files, documents, and systems as needed
Anticipate needs and take the initiative to support the F&B team
Posting invoices
Managing transfers, requisitions and waste sheets
Coordination of inventories
Managing nonfood purchases
Provide support for the F&B team with the POS system
