Responsibilities

The Exposure Control Analyst will perform and end-to-end billing process root cause analysis on claims submitted to identify and implement solutions for invoicing accuracy, processing credits and rebills to amend incorrect invoices, and providing feedback and documentation to support dispute resolutions. This role involves responding to requests, maintaining communication with various departments and external parties, proactively monitoring dispute patterns, preparing paperwork for dispute resolution, and notifying management of any alerts. Additionally, the analyst will drive process-based improvement, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong customer service and communication abilities within a fast-paced environment.
