Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
  • Handle customer complaints and issues regarding products, shipping, or other services, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in various regional projects to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations of Sales Channel Partners and direct customers within Beckman Coulter's Distributor Markets in EEMEA
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
