Job Description

Experian's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Insurance team. In this strategic role, you'll translate needs into scalable, compliant, and data-driven product experiences.

You'll help improve our dual business model—lead generation and licensed agency operations—by enhancing platform integrations, streamlining insurance workflows, supporting marketing efforts, and improving experiences for both consumers and internal users.

This is a remote position. You will report to the VP of Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the insurance product roadmap, aligning priorities across carrier integrations, agency operations, user experience, and compliance.
  • Lead Agile product development, managing globally distributed engineering teams, sprint cycles, backlogs, and delivery quality.
  • Guide carrier integration efforts, including direct APIs, third-party raters, and platform partnerships.
  • Improve internal tools and workflows, enhancing CRM systems, quoting flows, admin controls, and automation to support operations.
  • Collaborate, supporting marketing, growth, and lifecycle messaging plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Innovate and scale capabilities, contributing to the development of AI integrations, lifecycle automation, and tools that create efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including launching consumer or internal tools in regulated or data-heavy environments.
  • Leadership experience of globally distributed engineering teams, managing delivery pipelines, sprint cadences, and large-scale prioritization.
  • Experience with backend systems, APIs, data workflows, and internal tool development.
  • Experience with operations platforms supporting licensed agent workflows, CRM, quoting/binding, and policy servicing.
  • Experience with collaboration with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
  • Experience improving quality and reliability through proactive controls and issue detection.
