Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree with at least 5 years of clinical experience specifically in obesity medicine and weight management. Board certification in Obesity Medicine and an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state are mandatory. Experience navigating fast-paced, dynamic work environments and excellent oral presentation and interpersonal skills are also required.
The physician will provide clinical thought leadership and strategic direction for program innovation in obesity, weight management, and GLP-1 support. They will develop and refine clinical guidelines, care team protocols, and evidence-based approaches for managing obesity and related chronic conditions. This role involves serving as an internal subject matter expert on obesity care, advising on product innovation, and collaborating with clinical quality and research teams to continuously improve care delivery.
