Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of recent Dynamics 365 versions and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing). Proven experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies is required, along with expertise in system integration using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a technical team are essential, as is the capacity to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. A Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus, as is any experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, and Power BI.

Key duties also include drafting and validating technical and functional specifications, ensuring the quality, performance, and security of developed applications, and staying updated on technological advancements to incorporate best practices and innovations. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including project teams, business units, and clients, is also a core responsibility.
