Requirements

Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Chemistry (organic or biological focus), or Pharmacy
Previous experience as an ISF (Informazione Scientifica del Farmaco)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial approach
Skills in developing professional and empathetic relationships with HCPs, KEEs, associations, and colleagues
Good analytical skills
Team spirit and affinity with the dental environment
Consolidated experience in the gynecological therapeutic area
Good knowledge of hardware (iPad) and software (MS Office, CRM)

Responsibilities

Be trained as a brand champion to execute brand and category strategy towards HCPs (healthcare professionals)
Understand and apply the Haleon method to interact with HCPs and KEEs using the provided framework, training, and tools
Execute the territorial plan using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily in the CRM system and monitoring sell-out results
Provide persuasive science-based presentations to obtain or modify Haleon brand recommendations through face-to-face visits, HCP workshops, and local events (e.g., Lunch & Learn, hospital meetings, congresses)
Launch new product campaigns through face-to-face scientific meetings, workshops, and local events
Engage and manage KEEs and HCP associations/scientific societies
Support and participate in local and national conferences (related to the area of interest) and provide educational/training interventions when appropriate
Organize and manage activities in Schools of Dentistry to train and engage future professionals
Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures for client-facing roles: adverse events, EFPIA regulations, sample management, scientific interactions
Share best practices with colleagues to transfer knowledge and experiences
