Responsibilities

  • Éduquer les professionnels de santé à l’utilisation des produits et des thérapies
  • Transmettre les bonnes pratiques et le bon usage des thérapies et des produits Vantive auprès des professionnels de santé
  • Informer et répondre aux questions des praticiens hospitaliers sur les produits : proposer systématiquement les données de sécurité, informations nécessaires au bon usage et éléments de surveillance du traitement
  • Développer des relations avec les différents professionnels de santé
  • Organiser et animer des actions d’information sur les produits/environnement (réunions professionnelles, "staff")
  • Participer à des manifestations de formation organisées par les Affaires Médicales
  • Identifier les besoins de support clinique sur le secteur en collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes
  • Mettre en place, suivre et évaluer les actions de support clinique
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des démonstrations
  • Conseiller les établissements de santé sur l’organisation de leurs structures pour la prise en charge des patients et la mise en place de protocoles
  • Participer à la veille environnementale et concurrentielle
  • Recueillir et transmettre des informations de pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance et réclamations qualité
  • Recueillir, analyser et transmettre des demandes et informations aux services concernés
  • Participer aux plans d’actions sectoriels avec les Délégués Hospitaliers
  • Contribuer à la formation des nouveaux entrants
  • Rédiger et suivre les rapports d’activité dans l’outil dédié
  • Appliquer les procédures et la réglementation interne et externe
