Requirements

  • A graduate degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent with good academic results
  • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience from financial due diligence or similar work in an M&A context
  • An interest in financial analysis and a strong commercial drive
  • A good understanding of basic accounting from a conceptual point of view
  • A strong willingness to develop your career, serve our clients and help us succeed as a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A flexible attitude and ability to handle stress in a positive way with short deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work in a dedicated team serving private equity and large corporate clients
  • Assess acquisition and divestment opportunities
  • Analyze business plans
  • Assess historical financial track record and accounting aspects of the deal
  • Help evaluate investment decisions
  • Manage identified risks of the transaction
  • Assess valuation drivers of the business
