Requirements

Candidates are required to have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, experience working on developer tools or other complex B2B products, and experience working with design systems. Experience in a startup environment is a plus, and the ability to translate, define, and deliver design solutions that are both simple and powerful is essential.

Responsibilities

The Experienced Product Designer will own end-to-end product design for complex technical products and audiences, setting the standard for what great design in dev tools looks like, and will be a design advocate, upleveling existing design systems while ensuring consistency and scalability. They will also partner closely with engineering and product teams to deliver an incredible product experience, mentor the existing design team, establish the future of Stytch’s design culture, and identify pain points to design solutions that help push forward Stytch’s design and design culture.
