Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience with payroll operating models from both business and technology perspectives
  • Experience engaging with both strategic and operational payroll aspects
  • Proven track record in delivering or advising on payroll transformation programmes (e.g., operating model redesign, systems implementation, vendor transitions)
  • Experience working with payroll vendors (technical providers, ICPs) and managing RFP/RFI processes
  • Knowledge of compliance, regulation, and international payroll considerations (e.g., time & absence rules)
  • Awareness of international payroll systems and their operational impacts
  • Solid consulting and advisory experience (e.g., in HR, finance, or technology consulting)
  • Ability to shape projects collaboratively with clients, including scoping, estimating, and commercials considerations
  • Ability to define the project model between client/vendor and consulting firm
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
  • Clear and confident communication skills; able to distill complexity into actionable insights
  • Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences
  • Experience working across functional areas and geographies
