Requirements
4-6+ years of experience with payroll operating models from both business and technology perspectives
Experience engaging with both strategic and operational payroll aspects
Proven track record in delivering or advising on payroll transformation programmes (e.g., operating model redesign, systems implementation, vendor transitions)
Experience working with payroll vendors (technical providers, ICPs) and managing RFP/RFI processes
Knowledge of compliance, regulation, and international payroll considerations (e.g., time & absence rules)
Awareness of international payroll systems and their operational impacts
Solid consulting and advisory experience (e.g., in HR, finance, or technology consulting)
Ability to shape projects collaboratively with clients, including scoping, estimating, and commercials considerations
Ability to define the project model between client/vendor and consulting firm
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
Clear and confident communication skills; able to distill complexity into actionable insights
Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences
Experience working across functional areas and geographies
