Requirements

  • A graduate degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent
  • Approximately 5 years' experience from performing due diligence services (financial due diligence)
  • Strong project leader skills handling both team and clients
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • A strong willingness to develop your career, serve clients, and help the team succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is meritorious)
  • A flexible attitude and ability to handle stress positively with short deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial due diligence services for private equity and large corporate clients
  • Assess acquisition and divestment opportunities
  • Analyze business plans and historical financial track record and accounting aspects of deals
  • Evaluate investment decisions and manage identified risks of transactions
  • Assess valuation drivers of the business
  • Coach junior staff in their career as part of the extended leadership team
  • Participate and lead business development opportunities
