Requirements

A graduate degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent
Approximately 5 years' experience from performing due diligence services (financial due diligence)
Strong project leader skills handling both team and clients
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
A strong willingness to develop your career, serve clients, and help the team succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is meritorious)
A flexible attitude and ability to handle stress positively with short deadlines

Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence services for private equity and large corporate clients
Assess acquisition and divestment opportunities
Analyze business plans and historical financial track record and accounting aspects of deals
Evaluate investment decisions and manage identified risks of transactions
Assess valuation drivers of the business
Coach junior staff in their career as part of the extended leadership team
Participate and lead business development opportunities
