Responsibilities

Translates storyboards, sketches, and verbal instructions into 3D sequences of shots
Determines camera composition, angles, and movement
Establishes set and background geometry
Creates basic blocking for characters, props, and temporary elements (lighting, crowds, effects)
Creates sequences of shots that convey the storyline
May create rough pre-visualization models, environments, and effects
Participates in dailies, rounds, and team reviews
Interacts with clients, production, supervisors, and team members to problem-solve and share information
Provides innovative solutions and contributes ideas to elevate creative direction
Works efficiently as part of a team or independently
Ensures adherence to schedules and show deadlines
