  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management or related field

  • Detailed understanding of national exceptions, nuances, deadlines, requirements, etc., and collaboration with manager to standardize future operations

Responsibilities

  • Track national project setup with the DA (Data Acquisition) COE and DA Delivery team for each project and support progress tracking
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders with frequency aligned to each project
  • Extract the number of stores loaded by senior auditors and share questionable errors (if error percentage is high) with Analysts, senior auditors, and provider leaders according to desired frequency
  • Extract data for projects, coordinate with involved parties, and track closure
  • Familiarize the physical retrospective verification process for all services
  • Support field team members with administration-related issues: all administrative tasks, except resource management and meeting scheduling
  • Responsible for cost calculation and feasibility, and necessary support and coordination to launch Special Projects in the Field
  • Support the DA Delivery team by familiarizing them with specific project processes and administrative responsibilities for all collection services, and execute them in coordination with local Delivery resources according to agreed deadlines
