Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Senior or Executive Producer in videogames industry
  • Has shipped or been part of a team that shipped at least one game during the past 3 years
  • Experience managing a medium-large production team or ideally development studios within one location and globally
  • An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

  • Drive quality collaboratively and constructively, partner with essential team members to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high-quality work on time
  • Ensure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback
  • Understand the studio’s production needs, bridge the right resources from Tencent & other Tencent portfolios and/or affiliates
  • Prepare and regularly communicate project progress to Tencent, find and push for proper mitigation to relevant risk with the studio
  • Maintain close contact with the studio and deliver on-ground support on a regular basis
