Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of administrative tasks and support Senior Leadership Team
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership
  • Own complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring clear context and impactful use of time
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage complex projects, balance priorities, stick to tight timelines, and nail details
  • Provide opportunities for executives to stay on top of tasks and timelines
  • Coordinate and manage team events and offsites
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage and submit expense reports
  • Create, update, and finalize internal and external communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports)
  • Be a sounding board for the climate within supported organizations and work with cross-functional partners accordingly
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
