Responsibilities

Approach all responsibilities with high integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
Manage and prioritize a dynamic schedule internally at Arcadia and externally
Streamline and improve operational processes for the CSO and as primary office manager
Handle a variety of administrative and office management responsibilities with keen attention to detail
Keep the executive well-prepared and informed about upcoming commitments
Serve as key coordinator, facilitating meetings and communication with others
Play an active role in researching and executing new strategic initiatives
Draft clear, professional emails and memos with meticulous attention to detail
Respond to external inquiries to the executive
Organize and oversee the executive’s engagement activities and travel arrangements
Act as liaison, orchestrating outreach and managing internal/external engagements
Steer special projects with the CSO, including communications and logistics for CSO-driven initiatives
Lead office management for the company
Be flexible to adapt and take on new responsibilities as needed
