  • Proven ability to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to high-level executives and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience thriving in globally distributed organizations, managing internal and external priorities
  • Expertise in prioritizing and managing executive calendars, including balancing customer engagements, internal presence, and global time zones
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and partner, anticipating needs and driving execution on critical priorities
  • Skill in building trusted relationships with internal partners (e.g., revenue operations, finance, HR) and understanding key customers
  • Capability to help executives stay connected and visible to their teams while managing high external demands
  • Proficiency in setting clear expectations for meetings (e.g., purpose: decide, align, explore) and determining when live discussion vs. asynchronous channels are appropriate
  • Experience serving as a liaison between executives, leadership teams (e.g., global Integrated Customer Group), and cross-functional partners
  • Strong judgment to distinguish true urgencies, ensure preparation and follow-up for engagements, and handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Expertise in managing global travel and communications
  • Availability for hybrid role based in San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA, with in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO)
  • Manage the CCMO’s calendar expertly, prioritizing to keep focus on business goals, vision, and rhythm
  • Coordinate global travel and communications, balancing customer engagements, internal team presence, and employee community engagement
  • Build deep understanding of Freshworks’ goals to enable the CCMO and Integrated Customer Group (ICG) leadership team to operate effectively
  • Foster trusted relationships with internal partners (e.g., revenue operations, finance, HR) and key customers
  • Facilitate meaningful internal engagement and visibility for the CCMO with their global teams
  • Set clear expectations for stakeholder meeting requests, clarifying purpose and optimizing discussion formats
  • Act as liaison between the CCMO, global ICG leadership team, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Revenue Operations)
  • Distinguish urgencies, ensure appropriate preparation and follow-up for engagements
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Anticipate needs and drive execution on critical priorities
