Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience driving B2B sales, business development, and account management in mobile marketing, digital advertising, or telecommunications, with experience working alongside senior leadership in fast-moving global companies
  • Understanding of mobile network operators (MNOs), telecommunications, or digital services—ideally with exposure to emerging markets
  • Proven ability to work closely with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong business judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative
  • Ability to operate effectively across cultures and manage relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman, including agenda management, strategic scheduling, meeting preparation, and international travel coordination
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Chairman and senior leaders, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Coordinate and support the Chairman’s involvement in commercial initiatives, strategic reviews, and high-level negotiations
  • Track and manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional actions to ensure timely execution
  • Research markets, partners, and competitive landscapes to support the Chairman’s engagements
  • Ensure seamless communication flow across the Chairman’s office and the wider organization
