Open to travel as and when required
Comfortable working on rotational weekends (5-day working role) and flexible to work in US time zones
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
2-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in MNCs with exposure to multiple cultures and US time zones
High on integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

Plan, book, and manage complex international travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transportation, etc.)
Prepare detailed travel itineraries for executives, including meeting schedules, travel times, and contingency plans
Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences across the world
Manage travel arrangements for the CEO (including visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
Manage phone calls, routine emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and internationally
Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keep the CEO updated on developments, status reports, and share follow-ups with internal and external teams
Work on ad hoc research projects ensuring timely completion with 100% accuracy and eye for detail
Organize and service meetings, social gatherings, and events
Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry
Create presentations, summary reports, and budgets as required by the CEO
Project management with knowledge of multiple time zones, Microsoft suite, and G suite
