Responsibilities

Own the entire meeting lifecycle: proactively design CEO’s calendar to protect focus time, prepare strategic one-page briefings for select external meetings, and drive accountability by capturing and tracking all action items through to completion
Act as CEO's communications hub: expertly triage inbox, draft clear and professional scheduling correspondence, and escalate urgent matters
Meticulously manage coordination for critical stakeholders including investors, board members, and executive candidates: maintain clean distribution lists, track deadlines, ensure seamless and professional interactions
Plan and execute complex travel and multi-day schedules: build logical itineraries that maximize efficiency, manage confirmations and contingency plans
Provide versatile operational support: handle essential personal administration and contribute to broader organizational initiatives (e.g., People Ops, office management) as needs arise
