Manage the GTM lead's time, including calendar and inbox, prioritizing engagements and optimizing their time for strategic initiatives
Reply and draft emails, engaging and managing communication both internally & externally
Coordinate travel plans, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
Organize customer meetings, retreats, and off-sites that foster team collaboration and planning
Handle information with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all dealings
Circulate agendas, capture notes, and ensure actions are complete for key meetings
Organize and improve existing automation processes
