Requirements

Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the CPO and Unit4 with professionalism and tact
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, changing environments
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment
Thrives in high-pressure situations and remains composed, resourceful, and solution-focused
Flexible, approachable, and willing to assist others when needed — a true team player
Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones (global mindset)
A proactive, polished, and no-nonsense attitude with a genuine commitment to excellence
Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and occasional travel to Unit4 offices worldwide

Responsibilities

Expertly manage a demanding calendar across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and anticipating needs
Plan and oversee complex international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal disruption
Prepare materials, briefings, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail and tone
Provide organisational and administrative support for key projects, not only for the CPO but across the wider Product team
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism
Build strong relationships across global teams, acting as a connector and facilitator for efficient communication and alignment
Anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to make the CPO and Product function operate more effectively
Coordinate logistics and materials for key internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and team events
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide mutual support and maintain alignment across the Global Leadership Team
