Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar to ensure CEO’s time supports office and company goals, keeping it up to date
  • Manage complex travel needs, including optimum travel arrangements, ground transport, hotels, passports, visas
  • Manage briefing documents for key meetings and create briefing packets for business trips, in partnership with Communications team
  • Facilitate seamless communication between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Proactively work with ELT EA community to address issues and manage schedule conflicts
  • Act as source for general enquiries into CEO’s office, ensuring timely responses and referring routine matters
  • Manage expense reports, SOW’s, PO’s
  • Interact with WD Board of Directors as required
  • Partner on projects (with Chief of Staff or others)
