Requirements

Candidates should have experience supporting a founder or executive in a startup or scale-up environment and be comfortable with fast-paced work. They must possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively while juggling multiple tasks. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate low ego, high ownership, discretion, integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and be based in an APAC region timezone, ideally Singapore. Bonus points for experience planning team offsites, board meetings, or investor updates, comfort with Linear, system optimization, ghostwriting, and bringing a calm or humorous presence to high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the Head of Product, managing their calendar, prioritizing their time, and ensuring focus on key objectives. Responsibilities include triaging and managing emails, preparing responses, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. They will prepare meeting materials such as briefings, decks, agendas, and notes, and track follow-ups and key decisions to ensure projects progress and accountability is maintained. The role also involves managing domestic and international travel, events, and logistics, handling confidential information with discretion, and proactively anticipating needs and solving problems. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will contribute to company culture by coordinating offsites, meetings, and team events.
